What You’ll Do

Lead & Mentor: Empower volunteer coaches to deliver fun, skill-building practices and games.

Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents, players, and coaches to create a welcoming game-day environment.

Ensure a Great Experience: Oversee practices and games, uphold safety standards, and model outstanding sportsmanship.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Youth sports knowledge or coaching experience (preferred)
- Confidence to manage game-day operations and resolve issues quickly
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability on weekends and occasional evenings for a 7-week season

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
