The Role: Youth Basketball Official (aka Game Day MVP)

This isn’t just about calling fouls—you’ll be a leader, mentor, and hype person for kids ages 5–10. You’ll keep the games flowing, keep it safe, and make sure everyone leaves smiling.

What You’ll Do:

Keep the game fair, fun, and safe (enforce rules).
Encourage sportsmanship & teamwork every game.
Bring energy & positivity that keeps players and parents engaged.
Be the role model kids look forward to seeing each week.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator who connects with kids and parents.
Experience playing, coaching, or officiating sports (bonus if it’s basketball).
Positive, outgoing personality with leadership presence.
Reliable & flexible for weekend shifts (~7-week season).
Someone who loves being part of the game and creating memories for kids.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
